Forms of payment?

Covid regulations?
- If you feel sick / have a fever or have been exposed to covid-19, you must reschedule your appointment.
-No additional guests in salon
-Client must wash or sanitize their hands when they get into salon, before the service begins
-Client must remain in car and text stylist to see if they are ready for them and if they can enter salon
Cancellation policy ?
-$50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
-“No Shows” are responsible for 100% cost of the missed appointment
-I’d appreciate your consideration to call/text to notify me if rescheduling needs to be made, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment
Refund policy ?
MADMELMAKEUP does not issue refunds, I strive for 100% satisfaction. If there is a problem with the color, cut, or makeup my policy is for you to notify me within 24 hours of the appointment and I will fix it at no charge. If you are looking for additional services that wasn’t discussed in the consultation, it will count as a new appointment and will come with additional fees.
